Como se desenrola
Oficina-performance onde imagem, corpo e planta se encontram em processos de atenção e co-presença. Através de práticas participativas e editoriais, exploramos fotografias encontradas como dispositivos de relação entre humanos e o mundo vegetal.
Entre o corpo humano e o corpo vegetal existe um campo relacional que se manifesta através de imagens, gestos e memórias partilhadas. A partir desta ideia surge Emaranhados — um dispositivo onde fotografias encontradas ativam encontros entre espécies.
A performance organiza-se em torno de uma mesa editorial no espaço público, reunindo imagens de humanos em coexistência, cuidado ou entrelaçamento com plantas.
As fotografias pertencem à Found Photo Foundation, um arquivo vivo de imagens vernaculares e órfãs, ativado aqui não como coleção estabilizada, mas como prática relacional e sensorial.
O público é convidado a trazer uma fotografia — antiga ou recente, sua ou encontrada — em que uma pessoa esteja em relação com plantas. Pode também trazer apenas a memória de uma imagem.
Em ciclos curtos, os participantes escolhem uma imagem — do arquivo ou trazida consigo — e partilham narrativas associadas a esse encontro. Essas histórias são registadas no local, através de escrita manual ou máquina de escrever, e incorporadas numa ação de lambe-lambe.
Ao longo do dia, imagens e narrativas acumulam-se num mural coletivo na Rua Direita, formando um arquivo vivo em expansão.
A oficina-performance é concebida como um gesto de escuta entre humanos e plantas, onde a imagem se torna lugar de encontro, projeção e imaginação partilhada.

How it unfolds
Workshop-performance where image, body and plant meet through processes of attention and co-presence. Through participatory and editorial practices, found photographs are explored as relational devices between humans and the vegetal world.
Between the human body and the vegetal body there is a relational field that unfolds through images, gestures and shared memories. From this idea emerges Entangled — a device where found photographs activate encounters between species.
The performance is organised around an editorial table in public space, gathering images of humans in coexistence, care or entanglement with plants.
The photographs belong to the Found Photo Foundation, a living archive of vernacular and orphan images, activated here not as a stabilised collection, but as a relational and sensory practice.
The public is invited to bring a photograph — old or recent, personal or found — in which a person is in relation with plants. They may also bring only the memory of an image.
In short cycles, participants choose an image — from the archive or brought with them — and share narratives emerging from that encounter. These stories are recorded on site, through handwriting or typewriting, and incorporated into a paste-up action.
Throughout the day, images and narratives accumulate into a collective mural on Rua Direita, forming a living archive in expansion.
The workshop-performance is conceived as a gesture of listening between humans and plants, where the image becomes a site of encounter, projection and shared imagination.
